Last night marked the end of the fifth season of "weeds seasons 1-5," and for those of us who've watched every episode of the show, it's hard not to expect big things. Even if we grant that Nancy was attracted to Esteban in Season 4 (you know -- enough to sleep with him, at least), it hasn't been clear to me in Season 5 that she really wanted to stay with him. Nancy may not have to worry about campus cops or even the DEA anymore -- but she still has a lot of problems on deck for Season 6. Weeds DVD Here's hoping that her solving them requires her to spend any time with her original supporting cast. Watching Celia, in her Nancy drag, assembling "her" team out of the remnants of Nancy's old team (with Ignacio instead of Conrad? Downgrade!) just reminded me of where the show started, and what I miss about it now.
