Last night's wedding episode of The Office seasons 1-5 DVD Box sethelped to boost the programme's ratings, early viewing figures show.

Over on The CW, the latest instalment of Vampire Diaries logged 3.5m during the 8pm hour, then 2.5m watched Supernatural at 9pm.The Office DVD

Survivor: Samoa took 11.7m for CBS at 8pm, then 14.6m tuned in for CSI at 9pm. Later on the eye network, The Mentalist drew 14.2m at 10pm.

New episodes of Bones and Fringe put in 9.9m and 6m for Fox at 8pm and 9pm respectively.
